How can I track my order?

What is your return policy for sports equipment?
We offer a 365-day return policy for Decathlon members. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return unused products in their original packaging to any of our stores or via mail.
Do you offer warranties on technical products?
Yes, most of our Passion Brand products come with a minimum 2-year warranty covering manufacturing defects. Some items, like our bike frames, carry a lifetime warranty.
Can I Click & Collect my order?
Absolutely. You can place an order online and pick it up for free at your nearest Decathlon store within 2 hours, provided the items are in stock.
