At Decathlon, we want to ensure you are fully satisfied with your sports gear, which is why we offer a flexible return policy for up to 365 days for members. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it in-store or online in its original condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log in to your Decathlon account and select the items you wish to return from your order history to generate a return label.

• 2.
  Pack Your Gear

  Place the unused items back into their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the return slip is included inside.

• 3.
  Ship or Drop Off

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at a local carrier point, or bring it directly to your nearest Decathlon store.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our workshop inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
